End-of-tenancy clean completed in one day

A two-bedroom flat needed to be ready for inventory photographs the morning after the tenants moved out. We collected keys from the agent, worked through the kitchen and bathroom checklist, cleaned inside empty storage and appliances, and finished the floors last. The property was signed off on schedule without a return visit.
